Basically, in communitcations class we have a report due 3-5 pages and have to then present to the class for 5min. The class is suppose to be my target audience. Each person picked a company and had to act like someone from that company. We then have to choose a report style like progress,
Example: One guy acted like a rep of Mircrosofts software devolopment and address us antipiracy and new things they are introducing. We the audience was suppose to be like the Developement bored

Well im doing a progress report for Bestbuy. I am pretending to be a Network Admin at there corperate hq and am writing a progress report to the other head admins
In it i am telling them i am in the process of upgrading there email, servers, internet and computers.
In each section im telling them in like half a page what i will be doing, what im upgrading to and the factors invovled, just like anyone would include in a progress report to a superior
Well i have a couple of sections.
1 is email migration and upgrade.
another is User computers and laptops upgrade
another is server upgrades
and another is internet services

Can anyone enlighten me on the subjects written and maybe give me points to include in each section. Even if you wrote up a small doc for one of the sections, that would be great. Any help will be awesome. If you need more info or are unclear ill try to explain better

If this is for a college-level class, then I weep for the future. You don't appear to have a clear understanding of the difference between the words "there" and "their"..

I would start by figuring out what kind of email system you will be upgrading Exchange, Notes, etc and whatever version you are going to, then find the whitepaper on migration (microsoft has a good whitepaper on Exchange 2003 migrations). Use that as a template.

or that "i" and "ill" should be "I" and "I'll"

You have better idea what you gonna write about, so now go do your own homework.

If you need direction, people will be more willing to help than to just write portion of it for you.
