have refresh rate problems - get RefreshLock

I've just discovered a fantastic utility for those suffering from the dreaded win2k / WinXP 60hz refresh rate problem.

RefreshLock

As far as I can tell this should work for anyone (ATI, or nVidia) and it is more elegant than using rivatuner for instance since not all monitors produce their sharpest display for a screen mote at the highest refresh rate.
