Have Problems With Adobe Reader 7 not responding

I Have a customer that is running Windows XP w/sp2 and I have installed and uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Reader 7 several times and cant get it to work you can open a .pdf file and it will just lock up the program and show not responding in the task manager window.

I booted in safe mode and it worked fine

Please help me I am stuck

never mind I found fix
you have to go in and Del. the local settings temp file of acr files

thanks for no help here

oh well maybe better luck next time
