have problems deciding video card

i just recently bought a x1950 pro and am not sure if i should keep it or not. i got this card for 97 dollars after rebates at circuitcity, but i am not sure if i should just return it and wait for the 8800gt. also black friday is coming soon, will any video cards' be dropped to as low as 97 dollars?
 
It depends. What do you want the card to be able to do ?

i game moderately. i play games such as half life 2, maybe crysis, call of duty 4, unreal tournament 3, bioshock, etc. my system rig consists of a amd opteron 175, 2gb of ram.
