Have problem with ASUS V7700 runing game in D3D

Ok, I have a problem running game with D3D.

I have a new video card, ASUS V7700, I run the 3DMar2000 bench test on my PC. My video driver work find but for example, if i start Half-Life, and use D3D graphic mode, I have an error (JPF) VXD fatal error.

Can anybody help me ?
