Have I hit the "Wall"?

I really don't think I've hit the "WALL", but I seem to be having some trouble getting my overclock any higher than 2.02ghz (202x10) with any stability. Here is what I have:
Biostar M7NCD Pro
Barton 2500+ (aqxea stepping)
Aero 7+ HSF
Buffalo pc3200 256x2
Radeon 9600
Antec Lanboy with 2 80mm fans (one exhaust, and one intake)
120gb Maxtor with 8mb cache

...here is how I have set up the bios:
202 FSB
10 multiplier
1.7v cpu
2.6v Dram
Ram timings: 2.5/3/3/7 @ 100%

...I tried many different settings such as relaxing the ram timings to 2.5/3/3/11 etc, but nothing seems to help. This is the highest the FSB will go without Prime95 crashing on me. I also tried x11 multiplier, but the highest I could go was 182 resulting in the same 2.02ghz. I also tried higher voltages, but nothing seems to work. I figure that getting a higher FSB is better, if I will get the same speed. What am I doing wrong? My goal is 2.2 ghz, but I can't even seem to get half way there! So many others have reached this speed with ease with the same combination of components, and the aqxea stepping is supposed to be a good overclocker, and I seem to have enough cooling.

...What overclock settings are people using to achieve 2.2 ghz? (either 220x10, or 200x11)

You're going to have to raise your core voltage if you want a much higher overclock. I've got my Athlox XP 2400+ (2GHz) overclocked to 2.525GHz (12.5x202) using 2.15volts.:)

WOW!!! that's a LOT of voltage, looks like you're on air too! Trying to save $50 on that space heater you've always wanted? :D Seriously though, can that really be safe?

You have to up voltages more. I'd go up to 1.75 CPU and 2.8 Vdimm.

With PC3200 I reccomend increasing the FSB a bit. Run RAM at 1:1 and keep the timings you have, using memtest to check it. Go until your RAM can't handle any more Mhz, then up the multiplier for CPU.

It's probably not the best method, but its what I did. With the same mobo and CPU, I am at 12.5x183 with PC2700 RAM at 8-3-3-3.
