Have enough parts to build a machine lying around, just need a motherboard......

I've pretty much everything I need to build a machine for my dad in my room, an athlon 1.4ghz, a stick of 256mb pc2100 ram, and of course, video card, and all the other stuff. When I was running that setup, I used a epox 8k7a+. I see on price watch thats down to around $65 + Shipping now. Is that still a good motherboard to get, or is there something better I can get for the money now?
