the textbook I ordered on 8/30 never arrived. the guy got 2 neg feedback on 9/7 and 9/8. now, he has been deleted from half.com

what should I do? file a claim with half.com or filea dispute with american express? half.com won't give me a refund until next week. :|
 
Wait for the half.com refund. If it doesn't come, call Amex.
