Hello, i need some help to pick out my power and cooling for my computer...

I am planning on running:

AMD Athlon 64 FX-55
ASUS A8V-E Deluxe
Corsair XMS 3200XLPT (2-2-2-5) 2x512MB
WD 74GB 10,000RPM SATA
WD 250GB 7,200RPM SATA
ASUS ATI Radeon x850XT PE PCI-E
LITE-ON 16x Dual Layer DVD+/-RW

Now the PSU that came with my case is 480W PowerLab, which i do not trust at all...i am pretty sure that i am going to get an Enermax...

But now, i am not sure about my cooling on my case...i have 1x120mm rear fan and 1x80mm side fan, and my CPU came with a fan and heatsink, and my GPU came with a fan that takes up a second rear slot...now, do i need more fans, or should i go with water cooling, which i know nothing about, or is it even cheap to get water cooling? I mean what are all my options...?

H2O cooling IMHO is only necessary if you are on an uber-overclocking mission.

Otherwise, air cooling should be sufficient.

Make sure you get a PSU with a single 120mm (or larger) fan. Those vent the best, runs cooler, and quieter than most 80mm-fan PSUs.

HTH.
