Is it my laptop or is it ATOT?

I logged in today and the first thing I see is an add to the right side of my screen. I click on someone's thread and a pop up window with ads appear.

I regularly use CC Cleaner, SpyBot, and MalwareBytes. I have Avast for virus protection. I don't visit sites that I shouldn't be on. I'm also using Adblock Plus.

I've been using Tapatalk on my Nexus 5 so I haven't been using my laptop.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Nevermind I found the culprit.

I ran MalawareBytes and 65 items came up. I dug a little deeper and found out I must have downloaded malware called enter digital. I got this when I downloaded a You Tube Downloader.
