How much could i overclock an ELSA GeForce 3 with the standard HSF

I have the 2coolPC plus as a duct on the video card, so it pulls the heat off quite nicely

any suggestions?

OC'ing is really hit or miss. start by upping your mem by 5 mhz at a time. play(or time demo on loop) for an hour or 2. if nothing messes up go 5 more.

do the same with the ramdac.
 
This begs the question...why would you want to overclock a GF3?!? It already outperforms every current game/application on the market!
