Havent build since 04 so im just gettting used to all the current hardware tech out now,
basically i dont intend to do any heavy overclocking, but i would like to reach about 3Gghz
i am considering this ram
and im trying to find a good yet affordable mobo, i currently have a single 9600gt graphics card could plan to SLI in the future so i am considering this mobo that has well rounded features as for OC seems decent Text what are your opiones about mobo + ram?

I would also like to select a powersupply and i have been looking at these two 1 & 2

all opions and recommendations are appreciated

thanks in advance !

I'd have a really hard time recommending a 965 chipset based motherboard. The 20 bucks or so more you would spend on a P35 based board would be money well spent. For example you could get this board which is the same manufacturer and very similar but with a P35 and $20 more after rebates.

Then again, I've had two Foxconn boards, both socket 939 and one of them was great (a 6150 based system) while the other (nForce 4 Ultra) kind of sucks. So I'm at about 50% with that brand. So, if it were me, I'd go with one of the cheaper Abit or gigabyte board. I used the Abit IP35 E and am very happy with it after having it for about two weeks - but it doesnt seem to be available any more.
