so I have a panel-type(or something) interview with the 2 hiring managers of Farmers insurance tommorow.

First of all, what can I expect in a panel interview? Is it an intimate setting w/ me and the 2 guys in the office, or is it like on TV, where they are sitting 10 feet away, and I am questioned excessivly.

second of all, any tips?? I'm nervous because they will ask questions where I have to provide specific example.

Ha, ha, I had a panel interview once with six interviewers. They sat in a semicircle around me. I sat in a chair with no desk, nothing between them and me. They threw questions at me round robin, nonstop for about thirty minutes. This was for a mechanics job with the Los Angeles fire department.

After that they took me out into the repair facility, pointed to various trucks/machines and shot questions at me for another hour.

Screw them.
