It's just fragile/liquid. Is it cool to mail alcohol (beer in this case) through the USPS? 😛
 
They're going to ask you if you have alcohol, flammables, explosives, etc, in there.

You say yes and tell him it's alcohol.

They'll probably have some stipulation where someone has to show ID upon receipt of package. I know UPS does something like what I describe.

EDIT: According to KLIN's post, you're going to have to use a different carrier.
