Hi, i think my Geforce SDR is having heat problem. I don't see a visual problem yet, but when i touch the ram, it is so d*mn hot.

So i guess replacing it would solve the problem :)

Is it worth to be replaced by a Geforce MX?
SDR is a little more than MX($$), but is MX a little faster?(and a little visual quality improvement?)

Then there's no problem. Just don't try to overclock it and you should be fine. If you are that worried about it you can get a heatsink or a fan.

No, not really. Unless you need to run two monitors at once.

as far as I know there is no way the ram should be getting that hot overclocked or not.. so hot you can't touch.. that's a problem!

If he is running at stock speeds and has no visual artifacts there is no problem.

Like I said before Faye, get a heatsink or fan if it bothers you that much.
