I just bought this card yesterday and haven't had a chance to get a cable line hooked up to it. Hopefully in the next day or to I will, but anyway. I just read the review of this card that was just up in the news section on the anandtech homepage. They said that the TV quality was excellent, but they also said recorded video using the PVR function looked like a mess, is this true? My second question involves the guide plus software. I entered my zip code of 43204 and it gave me 4 listings to choose from, but none of them are the right ones for my zip.

Now I have another question, In order to hear the sound when your watching TV off the AIW you need to plug one of the lines connected with the output dongle into your sound cards line input. Well I am using a Game Theater XP, so do I connect it to the line input on the actual card itself or does it need to be connected to the one on the rack? Hopefully it's the on on the card since it would be difficult to get it all the way to the rack.

I just did a review on this card and did not have one single problem. As for the Guide Plus+ software, it does take some fooling around to get working. Took me a few tries and I eventually found my listings, althought I am sure the software isn't capable of providing TV listings for everyone across the country...

I already saw your review from the post about overclocking, I am reading it now. I live in columbus, OH. I think it should be able to provide listings for a major city like that.

Guide Plus+ was giving me trouble a few days ago when I first got the card, but it appears it is now working... I don't see why it wouldnt have the tv listings for your location...

I don't understand either, like I said when i use my zip code it gives me 4 listings to choose from. It gives me 4 channels and I have to pick the one that has the right channels, but none of them are right

Like I said when I enter my zip code it gives me 4 listings to choose from. Each of those listings lists 4 letter code for stations(such as WUAB) and then the 4 channels those stations correspond to. You then have to choose the listing that has the stations on the channels that it says. Well on 2 of mine it lists WUAB as 15 and the other 2 list it as not available. Well in my area it is available, but is not on channel 15.
