you can get a Craftsman EX 12V cordless drill w/ 2 batteries, recharger and case for ~$50.

It's actually a pretty good drill

ok , sweet

Any drill bit set will have a couple of screw heads. Or you can buy a set of screw heads by Black and Decker and get about 15 for $10. The only advantage a cordles screwdriver has over a drill is size. But most screw sets will include a 3-4" thing that you chuck into your drill and insert the screw head into, so that's a moot point really.
