Have 4 removable disks showing up under IE that don't really exist

I was wondering how I'd be able to remove those extra drives that don't actually exist?

Here's a picture of it below, the 4 removable disk drives are the incorrect ones, how could I go about removing them? trying to eject them gives me an error.

..should be able under Device Manager to Remove them ..most likely would require a reboot as well..gl

You don't happen to have a multi-slot card reader then? Because that's what it would look like if you did.
