The difference between H and HE is H comes w/ 3D Vision 2 Lightboost Glasses. I have a Radeon card, not a big nVidia fan, so that a moot point and not needed. Plus that $590 vs $440...
Yah, I realize the 144hz will need to go 120hz for light boost..... but I think the youtube boobie review above shows the BenQ does look washed out compared to the ASUS. I think a bit anyway. Not many comparisons out.
The H model doesn't support 144hz, though that isn't a big issue with Lightboost not supporting it.
The washed out behavior may be something that can be calibrated to some extent. When [TH] reviewed their 24" versions from ASUS and BenQ, they found after calibration, they looked about the same.
As far as the 3D Vision 2 support goes...when I got my 120hz monitor, I was using AMD. I even tested 3D on it a little at 720p and thought it looked pretty awesome, so I tossed in an older Nvidia card to see how it would look in 3D Vision...
I have never used an AMD card again. 3D Vision is awesome.
