Have $100, don't know what to buy.

I have $100, and I don't know what to buy with it.

I was thinking either a SATA Hardrive (have a 120gb and 60gb both 7200rpm IDE) or a 1gb of ram (have 1gb currently), but i don't really need more space and I already have 1gb of ram.

Any suggestions?
