Just wondering what type of audio cable I need for a HAUPPAUGE WINTV-GO pci card. Bought one used on here and it does not include the audio cable. Is it a standard male-to-male 3.5mm jack cable?

Yes, the card comes with a little cable about a foot long, with 3.5mm male connectors as you mentioned. It just plugs into a line-in connector on the sound card.
