Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-150MCE vs The ATI theatre Pro 550

I'm looking to get a tv tuner to go with my HDTV wonder so I can get MCE to work.

I have narrowed it down to the WinTV 150MCE or a card that is based on the ATI Theatre 550 Pro (such as the powercolor listed here) The Theare 550 is about $14 more.

Is the video quality of the Theatre 550 cards much better than the WinTV 150MCE?

Alright it looks like I'll go with the ATI Theatre Pro 550.

There are three different companies that make them though....MSI, Powercolor, and Saphire. Is there one that is generally recommend over the other? Or should I just go with the cheapest? Links of the three cards below.
