The cable TV quality has dropped recently, and whenever I change channels, I get a huge black bar at the bottom of the screen. Also, when I try to take a snapshot of whatever I'm watching, I see that same black bar cutting off the top of the picture.
What gives? I checked all my connections, and they all seem fine...
