"Haunted Mansion"--Ack! It's becoming a Trend!

Just saw Pirates of the Carribean. Great movie by the way. What I wanted to talk about, though, is that I saw a trailer for the Haunted Mansion based on the disney ride.

I was expecting there to be knock-offs of Pirates, but I was expecting more swashbuckling (sp?) movies, not more ride-based movies. What's next, The Matterhorn?

Right--There have been lots of Pirate movies, too. What's unusual is that both of these movies are based on disney rides.

That was the scariest thing I saw at Pirates, too. Damn, I can't believe they made that!

Well, I supposed it's Murphy trying to go for more "kids appeal" again. UG! (*gag, choke, retch, etc*). Is there no originality left in that industry? Does Murphy have no shame?! (Based on his movies since... Shrek, I'd say no).

Of course the fact that drivel like Daddy Daycare is on the verge of cracking $100 million should be just one more sign for us to go on a rampage, pilliging and burning Hollywood.
