I thought I'd share a quick story with everyone on my experience with BFG Tech. My dad's PC has a BFG Tech 6800 GTOC PCIx graphics card in it. He had video problems ever since I built the system, and after bringing the system back up after a power outage last week, he no longer had a video signal. After removing the card and successfully booting into Windows, I came to the obvious conclusion that the card was bad.
I pulled the card and had him call BFG Tech. He initially tried a few times on Saturday and Sunday, but to no avail. They do advertise 24/7 support, but he was unable to get ahold of anyone. He tried again on Tuesday morning, and he was able to get ahold of someone and got an RMA number. He shipped his card out UPS Ground.
On Thursday, only two days later, he got his replacement, shipped UPS Next Day Air. Two days! Huge thumbs up to BFG Tech on their quick turn around. We had to deal with PNY in the past to replace our video cards (we both had the same card [GeForce Ti4200] and both went bad), and not only was it nearly impossible to reach a live tech rep over their phone line (by first navigating the menu...it was practically a hidden option, about 3 or 4 menus deep), and then actually getting someone on the line. Once we actually got our RMAs, it took me at least a week to get my replacement, and my dad at least 2 weeks.
