hate for outlook

I don’t like Outlook, all versions, especially 2016. But I have to work on job in it. Today my boss has emailed me, and I accidentally lost the message. It happened after rebooted my computer.

How do you lose a message?
It still is on the server, right?

It is if you connect with IMAP, and probably even for POP3. Try using webmail or your phone instead of Outlook.

For business-class email servers the mail should also be archived even if you delete it off of your own PC.
