Not really shocking, considering the huge hate crime perpetrated by muslims against non-muslims on 9/11. Of course that doesn't mean every Muslim feels that way at all, and all idiotic people who feel that they should be attacking Muslims should obviously be punished.

So I wonder how much it went up. The method reporting changed. What is the definition of a hate crime? Not making an excuse for hate, but if I hear something like "x went up 100 percent" I wonder if we went from one occurance to two. Sorry, the scientific side peeking through.

Well, yeah, especially if they weren't out there showing their support for the United States. I mean, they should be draping themselves with the flag while continually pledging their loyalty to the U.S. If you don't put flags on your house and car or hold rallies to show you are a "loyal" Muslim, then you deserve it.

If I don't get misty-eyed during the Star Spangled Banner, does that mean I'm not patriotic enough?
