Haswell Xeon CPU supported on Z87 boards?

Are Haswell Xeon CPU's supported on "desktop" Z87 motherboards?
Specifically:
Intel Intel Xeon E3-1245V3 Haswell 3.4GHz 8MB L3 Cache LGA 1150 95W Quad-Core Server Processor BX80646E31245V3

I'm thinking they probably are compatible, but can't confirm that by looking at Gigabyte's web site.

Hi, I'm answering this so other people(from Google) will find their way.

When on the dedicated page of the motherboard, click on "Support & Downloads"
Right under you will find : "CPU Support List" and "Memory Support List"

In this particular case, the E3-1245v3 is in the compatible list.

Another way: (this should not be trusted over your dedicated motherboard support page)

1/ Choose your CPU from this list : (use ctrl+F)

2/ Head to the very, very end of the page, and click on :
Intel Xeon YourModel motherboards


The following statement applies to all motherboard of all brands, not only Gigabyte:
Be very specific for the CPU compatibility with Xeons, if the E3-1230v3 is compatible, it doesn't mean that the E3-1240v3 is.
Same goes for a E3-1240v3 and a E3-1245v3.

I've noticed that Xeons with an IGP are usually less compatible out of box. (i.e: needs a BIOS update first)
You recognize a Xeon with an IGP if the number finishes with 5, example :
-E3-1245v3
Beware if you don't have any other 1150 CPU for updating the BIOS first.
