Haswell USB 3.0 bug fixed

"Intel issued a PCN documenting a chipset USB errata and stating that chipsets with the errata will be in production during the initial ramp."

Reads to me like there will be bugged C1 stepping chipsets in launch products.
 
I find it interesting the UM87 chipset is not listed there. Perhaps its a good sign and its not affected. If that's true, that indicates a bigger change for UM87. It also makes sense because the bug is probably related to power management aspects and UM87 has a big difference in regards to that compared to normal 8 series chipset.
