Haswell Refresh Xeon E3 compatibility with C22x chipset motherboards

Does anyone know if the new Refresh E3 v3 models are compatible with current motherboards with Intel C222, C224 and C226 chipsets?

Haswell Refresh are compatible with every single Haswell motherboard. A BIOS update would be the only possible requirement.

That's what I thought. I plan to upgrade a Dell Precision T1700 that came with an i3 4130 to a Xeon 1246v3, but I wanted to make sure before ordering the CPU. I guess I'll just have to find out by trying it. Thanks.
