On newegg there is the option for

Haswell Support:
___Certified
___Ready
___Yes
___No

So what is the difference between ready, yes, and certified? It either is or is not. I am confused.
 
It pretty much comes down to who did the data entry at Newegg and what term they decided to use. Certified, Ready, and Yes are all the same.
