Ingame benchmark at 1600Mhz. 58FPS for IB, 62FPS for HW. But large time of the bench both are capped.
Does it tell you the minimum fps? I guess not.

Well, whenever you notice the extra power under your Haswell hood, it's due to the higher minimums in cpu-intensive situations, which would be nice to log and present here 😉

2) Next step, monitor power consumption, it should peak when AVX is used.

Since the fps got capped, the mins would likely be where the difference is more easily seen. I think seeing frametimes would be even better at differentiating them. What I am guessing for now is that the built in benchmark is not cpu intensive enough or doesn't use AVX2 well to show any performnace difference beyond the regular ipc difference between ivy/haswell.
