Haswell MB where I can put GPU in 2nd slot?

I was wondering if anyone knows of a Haswell motherboard where if I put the graphics card (MSI GeForce GTX 770 OC Lightning 2GB) into the 2nd PCI-E 16x slot, it actually runs at 16x? Ideally I was looking for a micro-atx board, but all I've checked seem to run at 8x if you put the only graphics card into the 2nd slot. The first few full sized atx boards I've looked at also do the same.

The reason I ask is I was really hoping to include this:

But it's so huge it blocks the first pci-e 16x slot on all boards!

You don't need 16x for gaming.

I believe all regular Z87 boards have their second PCIe slot running at 8x electrically.

The only exceptions I can think of would be boards with a PLX chip.
