Running 4.9GHz for a few hours with HWinFO up started at 1.35v and was working my way down at 1.3v (1.33/1.341 actual) is what it's set at but when I checked my max voltage it says 1.413v D:

Concerning this is... Why is it doing it?

Do you have core voltage set to "adaptive" Balla? I noticed the same yesterday.

Yeah I'm using adaptive, retesting now - I was under the impression it would only boost vid like this when using avx...

I'm hoping it's something stupid, like using sleep as my new low power "pause". Can't be losing those Anarchy stacks!

Hmm I haven't been monitoring my voltages, but I have been noticing my CPU temperatures reaching some strange values while playing Borderlands 2. I have both of my GTX 680s and my 4770k in my loop, and in the past, my GPUs have hovered around 35-40C, but my GPU tends to hover between 45-50C and it's only using between 20-50% utilization (depending on what's going on).

I installed HWiNFO, so I'll take a peek at it when I play Borderlands 2 again.

So...

Four hours later, finished big game hunter and started Tiny Tina's DLC and it didn't happen.

So as far as I know the only other thing I did in that last eight hour peroid was use sleep... So I'm going to put it to sleep, go to bed, wake up, and see if shows higher than what I set again >.<

So yep, I noticed it last night as I put it into sleep.

Power consumption went up as well as fan speed as it quickly went into sleep mode...

Windows (8) is using some form of AVX to go into sleep mode.
