I checked the bios, and my version is 2101 (h81-m c)
First of all, on first page I dont have "asus optimal" selected, and left memory settings absolutely untouched.
"sync all cores" : 46 and manual mode 1.300.
In "cpu power management" I selected "cpu frequency offset sign" to " + " and added 1% offset. Also I do have "power decay" enabled, not sure if that helps with overclock.
in "advanced tweaking" most of the uncore/whetever frequency signs are " + ", rest auto (no % or anything).
Other than that, I don't know what else is special, cpu purchased from newegg, latest bios.
Originally I tested the overclock from windows, but because it required that program running all the time, I uninstalled "intel extreme tuning" utility and just did everything in bios.
