I'm no expert, but aren't die shrinks supposed to decrease temperatures? ISn't the temperature going to increase dramatically as clock speeds increase?
And if water cooling becomes more prominent, aren't accidents relating to water cooling likely to increase too?
Why doens't Intel just build chips based loosely on the Pentium M model?
