I'm just curious. It says "banned" under his avatar. Does that mean he has been perma-banned? I know he had a spat recently and evolucion was perma-banned. I'm surprised there was not some sort of announcement on this.

banned usually means they've been blocked from the forums. i was "banned" for 2 weeks... and it showed as "banned" ..

so the timeframe is whatever the mods gave him.
 
Banned means he can't post or send PMs.
When you are vacationed (title doesn't change), you can't post but you can send PMs.
Banned could be permabanned. But it's pretty hard to get permabanned here.
I assumed everyone already knew that.
