Has Windows Vista MCE edition been confirmed yet?

I am looking into building a new PC and want it to be ready for the MCE of Vista. But a quick google search and I can't find anything about it. I found This but I am not sure how legit it is. I am mostly looking for Hardware Requirements, Release Dates, What PVRs work with it, etc...
