i place 1 order at opsinas.com for 50pk 2x dvd-r for 14.99 but i get 2 more emails saying I placed 2 more orders but they have different name and address. Looked in my account at opsinas and their name, billing address show up as well. How the hell someone know my email address? I hope they didn't use my credit card info as well to get free dvd-r! I'm afraid my account might have been hijacked which I hope not because its just so wrong to steal someone's cc info

 

cancel order, cancel everything involved, change account passwords, erase account, start new.

You should contact the dealer, and your credit card company immediatly. You may also want to report the store to some legal authority if they don't co-operate.

but my cc info isn't saved, and even if they hijacked my account they cannot make an order.
their billing address is different from my cc billing address so it maybe an honest mistake.
hopefully it will be fixed by tomorrow by the csr.
