i'm just wondering... has anyone ever sued McDonald's for their "weisel" burgers? its like... it's plastered all over the place on billboards and tv's... showing a nice big juicy burger. but when u get the thing... the bun is bigger then the beef patty. and the fries too. i never got fries all nice and neatly tucked in the fry holder. the chicken nuggets are the only food they advertise that look remotely similar when u buy them. well... that and the soda. i always feel like i'm getting robbed when i go to McDonald's. thank god for dave thomas (R.I.P.) starting up Wendy's :D

I'm sure it has. These days, people will sue for anything. And I bet any cases like this would be thrown out. they have a small disclaimer in most of their advertisements stating the weight of the meat

Damn, but our society sucks when you can sue for absolutely anything and win.. next thing you know, someone will sue because their coffee is too hot or something..
