has there been any update to the bond 007 game since the N64?

Yeah, and all of them have been pretty mediocre.

Yeah, and all of them have been pretty mediocre.
The latest one (not counting Goldeneye: Rogue Agent, since you don't play as Bond in that one) was Everything or Nothing, and it was awesome. It wasn't first person, but it was damn fun. It was like being in a Bond movie.

I heard Goldeneye:Roge Agent was a bad game and a crappy attempt by EA to cash in on the Goldeneye name

I woudln't bother with any Bond game unless Rare / Free Radical develops it.

Damn EA.

TimSplitters 2 for all of the consoles is basically the "sequal" to Goldeneye. It plays the same and has the same feel with much better graphics, although it is not a Bond game.

I was under the impression that "Perfect Dark" was Rareware's "Its-not-Bond-its-better" game... they dropped the Bond license when they got sick of paying for it.

Perfect Dark sucked, BTW. Weapons were insanely overpowered. Once I got ahold of the FarSight (a gun that could see through walls, shoot through walls, track enemies automatically, and always killed in one hit), I would consistently get 40-50 kills before I got taken down.

Goldeneye was always the best FPS on the N64, bar-none.

Free Radical (dev of timesplitters) consists of part of the team that made Goldeneye :)

yeah that is what I meant, goldeneye and perfect dark. Which one had that labtop device where you can stick it to walls and it would kill(machine gun) anybody that ran passed it
