Has the US ever used its Veto in the UN?

That's irrelevant because we are always right and the Israelis are protected from on high by God himself and the USofA

Which is why the "ineffective", according to the US, UN is a good thing for the US. Bush should watch his tongue, if the UN decides to do what the US asks, the US can kiss protecting Israel good-bye.
 
How many of those 70 times were at issue because of 'binding' UN Resolutions. Every resolution issued against Iraq since the cease-fire has fallen under Chapter 7 or binding resolutions. Meaning, Iraq is expected to live up to it. I don't see anything in the article mentioning binding resolutions. Most of the examples given appear to fall under Chapter 6 (non-binding).
