Has the price of liposuction gone down and the effectiveness increased?

Is it possible, through surgery, to get ~5% body fat, with minimal scarring and costs of less than $5000?

To get that low? No, and even then, youd have to already be at ~9-10% in order to get that low from lipo, because you can't take out too much at one time. Still though, I think in order to get BF as low as possible, you need to have a strict diet and workout plan.

Exercise is the way to go. Plastic surgery is extremely painful, and there can be complications. Plus you don't get the benefits of exercise if you go that route.

Lipsosuction removes entire fat cells. The side effect of this is that all future fat will be stored in the remaining fat cells of your body, which may not be even distributed. As such, you may get a 'lumpy' appearance.

Speaking of Lipsosuction, anyone ever watch it (or any other surgery for that matter) on TV? I cringe watching that. It just looks like they're being way too rough. I would think they gotta be more careful, but what do I know, I'm not a doctor. Anyway, they jab that stick thing in and out like SUPER fast and that's what gets me all cringy. It seems like when the sucker thing is going that fast, in and out, something can mess up and stab a different area. :Q

Another example. Anyone ever watch anything like a appendectomy? The doctors seem to slap around the other organs, moving them around to get to where they need to be, in a real rough way.

Maybe the human body is more durable than I thought, but I can't help cringing watching doctors handling human organs so roughly.

Mama's got a squeeze box she wears on her chest
And when Daddy comes home he never gets no rest
Cause she's playin' all night
And the music's all right

Mama's got a squeeze box
Daddy never sleeps at night

Well the kids don't eat
And the dog can't sleep
There's no escape from the music
In the whole damn street
Cause she's playin' all night
And the music's all right

Mama's got a squeeze box
Daddy never sleeps at night

She goes in and out and in and out and in and out and in and out
She's playin' all night
And the music's all right

Mama's got a squeeze box
Daddy never sleeps at night

She goes squeeze me
Come on and squeeze me
Come on and tease me like you do
I'm so in love with you

Mama's got a squeeze box
Daddy never sleeps at night

She goes in and out and in and out and in and out and in and out
Cause she's playin' all night
And the music's all right

Mama's got a squeeze box
Daddy never sleeps at night

Cheers!
