Has the latest XP security patch caused anyone else problems?

Whenever the newest patch for XP is loaded on my system, I lose all access to the internet. I dont think it messes with my local network, just shuts down my internet access.

When I go in and remove the security update, everything returns to normal.

Edit: the patch description is : KB951748


Is anyone else running into this problem, or know what could be causing me the head ache?

I am using zone alarm on any computer that I have had the trouble with. What is the fix to the known issue?
 
I had several customers run into the KB951748/Zonealarm issue & was able to quick-fixed them with a system restore but its nice to see that Checkpoint got on top of this problem quickly for once.
