Has the issue with MS zero wireless config utility and XP been solved?

I was just curious because I put off my wireless network for the past month to see if Windows XP and this utility still have issues. I used to have Win2k but now have XP so I am concerned. I will be using a D-Link router with D-Link wireless NIC.
