Has the Forum style changed?

I just noticed the "New Topic, Profile, Search" etc. buttons highlight when you go over them and there are other changes, also.

I believe so because I could middle click on "My Forums" and it would open in a new tab but now when I try to do that within IE7 it doesn't work.

Mine doesnt' do that, but I don't use the default forums style.
