Has Siri been completely down for everyone or just me?

It's been about a week since Siri has worked for me. Regardless of the time of day, nothing works, not even voice to text. I don't see anyone else complaining about it, but I don't see how it could be a problem with just my phone.

I've tried turning Siri off and on and rebooting the phone but no luck.
 
So is Siri worth all the hype?
I don't know... just asking.
What I like is locating gas stations, locating nearby restaurants food type specific,
and setting timers/alarms without manually scrolling thru those numbers.
Siri added in with phone location services can be extremely useful when on the go.
I'm sure this little online helper will catch on.
