Has SCOTUS opened up the floodgates for private citizen suits to enforce state law?

I see states took my suggestion from months back and are using the Texas ruling to go after guns but I had another idea. Use this hitch to force honesty in media. Let private citizens sue media outlets that promote intentional lies and conspiracy theories. Imagine all the hundreds of $10,000 suits against Fox News. In a given state when the suits add up to 100s of millions bring them into court in one case.

It would be great getting Hannity and Fucker thrown off the air because they break the bank of Fox. I know just a pipe dream but SCOTUS has opened that door. Maybe it's doable.

There must be any number of imaginative ways of employing this approach. How about allowing anyone to sue corporations, particularly health-care providers, for employing non-vaccinated workers?

I already tried that but my wife still won't let me get that high-end battle drone I've been wanting so I can scare off the birds that like to crap all over my fence and cars and the cats that come around that get attracted to those shitty birds that like to mock me while I'm busy doing yard work.

This Court thinks it's very clever, but it's setting itself up for a fall. Marbury v. Madison might not be long for this world if they keep going this route.
