Sounds like the OP had acceptable service regarding his actual phone.
I'm not sure what issue the OP is having, but their support for memory products seems basic. You fill out the service form on their website and it looks like you send it in. I'm not even sure why you'd want to be on the phone for a microSD warranty request.
In the last 10 years of occasionally RMAing different storage items (hdds, sdds, memory) with a bunch of companies, I don't recall ever talking to anyone on the phone.
