Morgan Freeman has the awesome old black guy voice. Sorta like James Earl Jones. It's awesome for voiceovers.

ORLY? I (along with everyone in Hollywood) never noticed!

Phil LaMarr seems to be a more popular voice actor, which really surprised the hell out of me. Damn he's in a lot of video games.

the guy from the all state commercial and the unit does the voice of lambert in splinter cell i believe. he pretty much only plays the role of an high ranking black cia,/fbi/military guy with a deep voice in every movie. oh, or an insurance salesman.

That would be Dennis Haysbert. He's been in 4 video games where LaMarr has been in 34 video games and plays multiple roles in most of those.

True, but Don LaFontaine is still the BEST voice actor out there!

As a kid I remember seeing him around my old neighbirhood. He was on the Electric Company and their studios or offices were in the area.

Morgan Freeman is also an avid sailor and has a big Swan sailboat. He learned how to sail in the Bronx at a boatyard that is no longer there.

I beg to differ, ever seen "The Big Bounce"? Ugh.

I am a Morgan Freeman fan though, I usually like his movies.

He was in this movie with Paz Vega recently that was just friggin' weird. It was like Napoleon Dynamite for Morgan Freeman. I can't remember the name of it for my life just because it was so unremarkable. It wasn't awful the plot ust never really took off. Something about Paz Vega working in a Supermarket but she really wants more for herself just doesn't have the self esteem. Morgan Freeman out of work actor ends up meeting her while researching a role for some low budget flop film. Inspires her, yada yada.

these two are the same to me.

if they weren't in their respective movies the movie would SUCK.

ok, i am just covering up for an embarrassingly inaccurate remark...but still.

they both rock as black actors...no racism intended...even though they are both black, it was just a coincidence.

sure, sure...they all look the same to you, don't they? ;)
